Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of purchase. We partner with international suppliers to bring you the best prices, so items ship directly from our fulfillment network rather than a local warehouse — this is what makes the 7–15 day window a little longer than typical next-day delivery, but also what keeps prices low.
Shipping cost
A flat $5.00 tracked delivery fee is added once per order, no matter how many items you buy. It's shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay — there are no other surprise fees.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.
Customs & import duties
For most destinations, no additional customs fees apply. In rare cases, your country's customs authority may charge an import duty or handling fee on arrival — this is outside our control and not included in the item price, as it depends on local regulations.
