30-day return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, for any reason — the item doesn't need to be defective. Contact us at ziedzuba2019@gmail.com with your order ID to start a return.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us a photo at ziedzuba2019@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
